Each year our club holds a fundraising event to support the goals and programs of the Bloomington Federated Woman’s Club. One of the projects this event supports is our annual scholarship for a Bloomington high school senior. We alternate every year between Kennedy and Jefferson high school applicants. The Scholarship Committee is diligent in determining the applicant’s commitment to academic excellence but they also look for a strong dedication to volunteerism and betterment of our local environment. With the rising cost of education, it is our honor to help the new generation. We work diligently to contribute to our scholarship each year.
