For years our club has funded a scholarship for a Bloomington high school senior.  We alternate every year between Kennedy and Jefferson high school applicants.  The Scholarship Committee is diligent in determining the applicant’s commitment to academic excellence but they also look for a strong dedication to volunteerism and betterment of our local environment. Since its inception, we have increased the amount of the scholarship to $2,000 and we are now giving an additional $1,00 scholarship to a senior girl who will be attending Normandale Community College.  With the rising cost of education, it is our honor to help the new generation.  We work diligently to contribute to our scholarship each year.
